Ingredients

​材 料

· 砂糖   Granulated sugar  x200g

· 黃金糖漿 Golden syrup   x5湯匙 Tablespoon

· 梳打粉 Baking soda  x2茶匙 Tablespoon 

Equipment

· 烘焙鐵兜 Cake pan

· 牛油紙 baking paper

· 湯鍋 Stockpot

Steps

​步驟

· Step 1 : 開中火,將砂糖、糖漿倒入湯鍋

                Combine sugar, golden syrup in a saucepan with medium heat

· Step 2 : 搞拌至砂糖溶化  stirring until sugar dissolves 

· Step 3 : 當顏色變至淡黃色,加入梳打粉

                 add baking soda when it turns creamy yellow and quickly stirs 

· Step 4 : 快速倒入烘焙鐵兜,等半至一小時便可進食

                Pour onto the cake pan and set aside to cool completely for 0.5 - 1 hour
